Feel the Warmth is a movement to reduce the amount of unnecessary deaths occurring from fuel poverty, homelessness, and cold-related illnesses that result from dementia and rough sleeping by providing heat belts, which cost pennies a day to operate.
Feel the Warmth CIC is dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative products that utilise the power of FIR technology to improve the lives of individuals experiencing pain and discomfort. The commitment of Feel the Warmth to giving back to the community means that every purchase supports vulnerable people in Scotland.
Pay It Forward
When you’re at checkout, you can choose to “Pay it Forward”. This means adding a little extra to your purchase to help provide a heating product to someone experiencing fuel poverty, homelessness or other vulnerable people – through the charities that support them. The generosity of amazing customers like you helps us provide free kidney warmers, heat belts and heating pads to hundreds of people in the UK every year.
As Feel the Warmth is a Community Interest Company (CIC), your purchase and optional donation go towards supporting a limited company designed to benefit the community – not private shareholders. So while we engage in commercial activities to generate profits, the majority is reinvested into the community and the CIC’s social objectives. You are supporting a business with a social mission.
Working with charities
Feel the Warmth CIC is proud to work alongside Alzheimer Scotland and SRUK (Scleroderma and Raynaud’s UK) to bring safe, targeted warmth to people who need it most.
By combining Feel the Warmth’s far-infrared heat technology with the extensive reach and expertise of both charities, partnership working helps ensure that vulnerable people receive the warmth, comfort and relief they deserve.
Maximising community impact through innovation
Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire (VASLan) administers the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund for Adults in Scotland. As announced in April 2026, Feel the Warmth CIC is proud to research and develop Calm Weave FIR Polymer pads in South Lanarkshire with this invaluable support from The Scottish Government.
